PRODUCTION & DESIGN

Our creative director and large talented team use 3D scale event modeling design software which allows you to preview your event at pre-production stage – ensuring every element has been captured and realized perfectly. We build all sized stages sets, from small meeting spaces to large concert stages (10m high x 30m wide). Eco-minded, sustainably sourced or recycled materials are used for production wherever possible.
TRANSPORT
Everything is managed: airport transfers, day-trips and transferring guests to and from your conference. Depending on your event’s location and theme, we can add to the experience and arrange alternative transport if desired: Planes, helicopters, limosines, taxis, trains, buses, tuk tuks, speed boats and beyond. For a global brand‘s event in Vietnam, we transported 200 guests via 200 cyclos to their signature gala dinner at the stunning Reunification Palace. Be moved for a memorable event experience.
